• Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

All content, including lessons, texts, and downloadable materials, is owned by Hardpath Loomcraft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 25% of a course has been completed.

5. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond those required by law. Practice carefully and follow all safety guidance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardpath Loomcraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. User content

If you submit feedback or project images, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for service improvement and promotional materials, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
